We've tried to answer our frequently asked questions below. If you don't find the answer to your question here you may get in contact with us. How much does delivery cost? €4 for Republic of Ireland and €6 for Northern Ireland and UK.
Do you do same day delivery? Orders are dispatched 1-2 business days after they are ordered, depending on your location and shipping method.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after it has been placed. Once dispatched, DPD Couriers / International shipping companies allow the following average timeframes for your package to arrive (depending on your postcode):
Republic of Ireland: 1-3 days
Northern Ireland: 1-3 days
Europe: 3-5 days
Days exclude weekends and public holidays. Your dispatch email also includes a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Once parcels are posted they become the property of DPD Couriers/International shipping companies. We cannot be responsible for packages that do not reach you within the above timeframes however we will endeavour to work with you and postal services to locate and deliver your package as quickly as possible.
What size should I order? We know that it can often be hard to figure out your sizing and have created a sizing guide to try help. Sizes are consistent across the denim, fashion and sport range so you will be the same size in each of these styles. If you would like more detailed size information, please email email@example.com
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty? We work hard to ensure all of our garments are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I process a return or exchange? We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their FREDDY purchases, you can email email@example.com to ensure your exchange request is available.
I ordered the wrong size, can I change my order? Unfortunately we are unable to manually change your order for you. If you have purchased the wrong size, let us know as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and If we catch your order before it is dispatched we may be able to change it for you.
The pants I want are out of stock or you don't have my size. When will you be getting more stock in?
We regularly receive new stock as it becomes available from our Italian warehouse. If we don't currently have your preferred style or size, click on the green "Notify Me when Available" button on the product page and you will receive an email from us the minute they are available again to buy.
I really want to buy FREDDY WR.UP ® but want to try them on first, what can you suggest?
We understand the risks in buying an item of clothing without trying it on, feeling the fabric or seeing the colours in the flesh. That’s why we offer a 14 day return policy on all full priced items, starting from when you receive your parcel. If you don't like the size or style after receiving your pants, you can return for an exchange or refund.

What are the benefits of D.I.W.O.® (Dry In Wet Out) fabric? D.I.W.O.® Freddy fabric is fashioned from polyester. Thanks to the careful construction and a particular exclusive treatment, this elasticised fabric offers the unique characteristic of transporting body sweat to the outside of the garment. Garments made from D.I.W.O.® Freddy fabric maintain dry and at a constant temperature the athlete’s skin, eliminating and/or decreasing the unpleasant phenomenon of becoming cold, during breaks, caused by the presence of moisture between the body and the fabric.

Cancelling my order Cancellation and returns timeframe for online orders, as provided for under S.I. No. 484/2013 - European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (‘the CRD’). Regulation 15(3) of the CRD provides that in the case of sales contracts the cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods. Furthermore, Regulation 20(4) of the CRD provides that the consumer shall send back or hand over the goods not later than 14 days from the day on which they have informed you of their decision to cancel. In the case of buying goods, the 14 days begins on the day they receive them. After consumers notify the business that they are cancelling, they have a further 14 days to return the goods. This means that, provided they notify the business within the first 14 days, the consumer has up to 28 days to return the goods. In addition to the above, Regulation 14(1) of the CRD provides that the consumer may, at any time prior to the expiry of the cancellation period, cancel a distance contract without giving any reason for the cancellation. Sale items/ clearance items/ end of line items are not exempt from this provision. •
